These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of RL Stump Grinding’s services and website. By requesting a job or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

RL Stump Grinding operates as a referral and coordination platform. We connect customers with independent subcontractors who provide stump grinding services. We do not directly perform stump grinding.

2. Subcontractor Relationship

  • All jobs are completed by independent subcontractors, not employees of RL Stump Grinding.

  • Subcontractors are responsible for their own tools, equipment, insurance, licensing, permits, and compliance with local laws.

  • Any damages, accidents, or claims that arise during or after the work are the sole responsibility of the subcontractor. RL Stump Grinding assumes no liability.

3. Estimates and Pricing

  • Subcontractors provide their own estimates and final pricing directly to the customer.

  • RL Stump Grinding does not guarantee pricing, completion time, or specific outcomes.

4. Payments

  • Customers agree to pay the subcontractor directly or through RL Stump Grinding’s payment process if arranged.

  • Failure to pay may result in legal action or collection efforts.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • RL Stump Grinding is not liable for damages to property, loss of use, personal injury, delays, or disputes arising from subcontractor work.

  • In no event shall RL Stump Grinding’s liability exceed the amount paid to us for the referral.

6. Warranties

We provide no warranties, express or implied, regarding the work performed by subcontractors. All warranties, guarantees, or promises are between the customer and subcontractor.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding subcontractor work must be resolved directly with the subcontractor. RL Stump Grinding may provide assistance but is not legally responsible.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate relationships with any customer or subcontractor who violates these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
